They can do a Shield triple threat at Summer Slam. If Reigns is still champ by then, you could have Ambrose win MITB, with Rollins cashing in his rematch the same night. After getting the shaft, Rollins takes a chair to Roman, with Dean coming in to pick up the pieces.

Reigns cashes in his rematch and Rollins gets another crack come Summer Slam. Could even do a "Road To Summer Slam" follow up leading in.

This is assuming Reigns and Rollins flip flop.

As for the tourney, having Reigns go over Ambrose in the main event, with the Authority siding with Roman, would be brilliant. Builds an instant feud into the next year, and perhaps instead of Rollins, Ambrose gets the Triple H match at Mania.

So much bad news for WWE this year: Piper's and Dusty's passing, Hogan 'N' word "scandal", Snuka probably going on trial for murder, Cena leaves temporarily, Rusev, Orton, Rollins currently all injured, plus other injuries I think I'm missing.

2016 and a chance at a fresh start can't come soon enough. I guess the questions are - Do you bring back Cena way early for Survivor Series? Do you risk calling up 1 or 2 NXT guys? I wouldn't want to be in Vince, HHH or Steph's shoes.

I'd save Brock for the Rumble. It sucks, but Rollins getting hurt opens up a chance for new guys in the main event scene.

This sucks for Rollins, but provided he recovers well, I do think this will be a good refresher for him later. Just trying to point out the silver-living. When he returns he'll get a huge pop and could turn against The Authority who just "forgot about him." Rollins is going to make the most money he is ever going to make in the WWE as a top babyface.

As for who they go with now? My first thought is that without the The Undertaker & Kane vs. The Wyatt Family officially booked, they might put a kibosh on that and just have the new "super-powered" Bray Wyatt enter the tournament on the other side to Reigns. Ambrose is likely to be in there too. If I had to predict a top four, I'd probably guess that Reigns vs. Del Rio and Ambrose vs. Wyatt will be the semi-finals. Ambrose could beat Owens, Del Rio could beat Cesaro, Wyatt could beat Ryback and Reigns could beat...Sheamus or Big Show? Seems like a pretty safe bet for crowd reactions and such.

Now would be a great time to make the call to some guys like Chris Jericho, The Rock, Brock Lesnar or Batista, or calling up some fresh blood like Finn Balor or Samoa Joe, but I can see the WWE sticking to their game plan.

I'd love to see Cesaro make it further through the tournament, but I can't see them letting him achieve that, even though it would be a great story and get the crowd invested. I think we'll probably get a Reigns vs. Ambrose final, and that one of the two might possibly turn heel. I could see Reigns as Corporate Champ, but they might feel it's "been done," and just go with Ambrose to continue flaming the "Reigns super-babyface" fire.

I could see a Reigns vs. Ambrose final with Sheamus (and Barrett) hitting the ring and making it a Triple Threat, with Sheamus leaving the PPV as the World Champion. I'm not keen on Sheamus as MITB holder or as champ, but I could see them doing it. Four-way TLC at the next PPV between those guys.

Agree with Simple Fan on Bray winning the title being a great idea.

Would give his current heel push a huge boost that could make him into the new "Lesnar" or beast of the WWE. Already is set to become the new phenom with the powers he's eaten and has a menacing stable that Rollins rarely had with the Authority.

Would also give a huge boost to whoever takes the belt from him either Reigns or some other rising/young new star. Also perfect way to officially start the post-Cena era for the WWE.

Can even solve the Sheamus MitB dilemma by having the Wyatt Family demolish him once he cashes in.

Damn this sucks for Rollins, I was a big fan of his reign. On the other hand, a tournament would be a good Survivor Series change from the usual multiple hastily put together team matches.

From what we've heard / read, Bryan says he's healthy, but waiting for a clearance from a third doctor. Would the WWE risk it? It wouldn't do shit for face Reigns, but a returning Bryan is the perfect foil to turn Reigns as well.

They seem to be subtly building to an Ambrose heel turn on Reigns.

Honestly, have the tournament where Reigns eliminates Ambrose in the semi-final, for Ambrose to come back in the finals and just destroy Reigns.

This is going to be interesting, because you have Reigns, Wyatt, and Sheamus who are basically at main event level now, and a ton of guys who are right on that cusp, and given a little nudge (Cesaro and Ambrose being the most notable), could probably take the ball and run for a few months.
