Of course.
We're making ARGUMENTS using facts, data, logic and reasoning. I.e., "The QUALITY of the writing/product is down, as shown by the decrease in television ratings, a decrease in live attendance and revenues, and a disappointing and substantially lower than expected television licensing revenue deal." You're ARGUING using your emotions, opinions, suppositions, etc. I.e., "The QUALITY of the writing/product is fine because I'm enjoying it, plus revenues overall should increase to record levels this year due to the quality of the product but not as a result of the company expanding into more revenue streams than ever before the last few years."
