I always thought she was a bit shit unless you had for some reason totally neglected Restore + All materia while simultaneously going out of your way to obtain her Limit Manual & grinding her Breaks to LV4.

.............................NO I didn't do that...

I was a child ok and wasn't clear on how the materia system worked I only knew they all had limit breaks and I wanted them!

(yes I've played it since then and been wiser.)
but even so if she is used right she can be a beast.
