It seems like it's going to be a support sniper, which sounds like a hell of a thing, called Sombra.



They've done this before with characters like D.Va was on posters in the game before being announced.



Reaper also has a voice line asking where Sombra is when you need her. Then there was some hints on the Gamespot video talking about the development of the game, with a new sniper scope and even showing her on the character select screen under support, despite using a sniper rifle. Now they're teasing a new map, and we can probably see her.



Looks like there will be new shit for the final version after all.
