He's crazy if he thinks that's going to get casual fans to watch. I think you have to be die hard fan to not think that it was stupid.

I have heard a couple of lapsed fans that haven't watched since the early 2000's that heard about it on Twitter and watched it. One loved it, one hated it and I'm in the UK so it won't help the POP rating, but the buzz seems to have gotten outside the usual circles.
