I would say that a lot of the other post-split PPVs have been pretty good. I think the post-draft SD one dragged a bit, but they were still setting the stage for the brand at that point.

They just hit the "Oh shit, presidential debate!" panic button on this one and fucked themselves up, just like they did on Raw a couple of weeks ago. In isolation, most of the matches were solid to good, barring the Bliss/Naomi booking-abortion; it's just that in succession over three hours, it became very bland and tedious.

That's on the organization and layout of the show more than the booking and in-ring product, here. You open up with the tag match, cut out Bliss/Naomi match, build to Ziggler/Miz part of the way through the show, and finish with the Triple Threat, I think we have a much better feeling show.
