OR as I discussed with a bud a few nights ago they drop the macro serial nature of the phases and do one shot movies without trying to create sub-franchises. Along with doing more cross over/assemble movies. This way we'll get a Black Widow movie, Warriors Three netflix special, etc. Spread out. Use the characters. They won't be able to count on converging events for long. It simply can't get bigger than Infinity War.

Unless they complete MCU's pseudo 'War' trilogy with... Secret Wars.

...Nah.

I think an adaptation of Avengers vs X-men could equal Infinity War in scale, and even surpass it in tms of name value and marketability.
