They wouldn't really move the IC belt to Raw would they? I mean, you could have Roman and Owens combine the US/Universal belts when they face off at the next ppv. But then Smackdown, or well the Miz, has a large void when there is nothing to wrestle over.

If they move the cruiserweight they might move over ic.

Smackdown would actually benfit more without an IC belt since they don't have enough guys for both a WWE and IC division. Them combining both into the WWE division solves that problem.

Cruisers going to Smackdown and unifying the IC and US belts are two other good things that could happen with the swap.
