Well it obviously takes place after Civil war so I don't think you'll have to worry. I'm expecting a quick flashback scene or something, but I doubt its going to be an origin style film.

Is there any need at this point to even cover it in flashback? It'd be the same as covering the Wayne's death in Dawn of Justice (which received a lot of criticism).
