NJPW isn't independent. They are WWEs biggest competition at the moment. WWE has definitely noticed as well. Now you are better educated on the subject.
Really? What makes you think WWE had noticed? That they are promoting Japanese talent? Did someone convince you this is because of some regional promotion in Japan? You should educate yourself on the global reach of the WWE.
