That's not what the old guard says. They complain that the new guys aren't fucking enough female fans. That was most of the reason that chicks would attend wrestling shows back in the day. Ernie Ladd once came into the lockeroom during the Attitude Era and pretty much rallied them to service "the rats."

I was speaking less on the Cornette stuff (and actually, it would be less about his thing about "servicing rats" and more about his deal about the slow decline that basically drove them away to where there are hyperbolically "no more rats"... but that's again not where I was going), and more to the aforementioned Hall comments and HTM, among others, talking as if interoffice hook-ups so to speak died off in the early 90s.
