Better Wrestler #43

Tbh a lot of these threads have people voting for one candidate or another based on things like promo work which also is unrelated who was better as an actual wrestler. Better overall act? Sure. But being the best wrestler technically implies you're only looking into what goes on in the ring. So in something like that ring charisma/presence is important but their actual promos or how they're pushed would be irrelevant.

I should know, I myself have needed to search for tiebreakers in some of these matchups where I really love both and don't have clear preferences for how much I like them in the ring.

Genuinely preferred DDP in this matchup but have no qualms if Hall beats him. Both are excellent.
