Awesome that it's your first trip to Florida. Orlando is a great starting off point; the further south you go (ie. West Palm, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami) the less there is to do and the more expensive things become. If you go to Disney, be sure to utilize the Fast Pass system for the rides if you can. If you have tickets in advance, I think you can do it online - if not, you can do it at the park. It will save you some time of standing in lines. I don't know how busy of a weekend it will be, as normally it gets a bit crowded this time of year - but with Mania in town, it may increase some of those numbers as well. There are ALLLLLL kinds of cool things to do in Orlando, so be sure to do a quick Google search of anything in the area that may interest you if you have the time and funds to do anything else. They have escape rooms, Gatorworld, dinner shows, tours, all kinds of stuff. Anyhow, hope you enjoy your trip and safe travels. |
