That could very well be the case, but I still think there are enough fans who would willingly be invested and suspend their disbelief given the right circumstances. I think wrestling fans in general want to buy in. I knew from an early age that it wasn't real, but because it was presented as such, it allowed me to "buy in"

The average fan just wants to be sold something that doesn't insult their intelligence. Put some passion back into storylines, treat it like it's real and photos online of guys hanging out at airports together won't take me out of it.

Stuff like this does though and stuff like this does make me wonder why I watch if it's just some choreographed acrobatics...and guys like Omega and Ryan scream that in our faces. It isn't fun, it makes a mockery of the whole set up

I think Cornette is right, but Roman diving into the ambulance the other week was just as bad. There is no heat in any feuds because they are winking at us. Stop winking and and give me two guys that hate each other and a reason to care, and I am all in again.
