How so? Even if we stick purely American here, Dynamite Kid was around long before he was and much more impressive and I don't think Waltman had any bearing on Heyman giving dates to Mexican cruisers and Japanese juniors before WWF and WCW saw how exciting they were and signed them.

Syxx's biggest legacy is a hand gesture which led to a cease and desist.
