Piper post 1986 sucked ass except for the Bret Hart feud in 92, but he was golden before then. His 1984 heel stuff is so friggen amazing.

Tough one, but Piper in a close match. Piper is an icon. Owen isn't.

This sums up my opinion quite well, Owen is my fave all-time, but Piper is better. Legit best heel of all-time.
