I'm not really gonna talk anymore on the subject, and it has nothing to do with you at all, I just dont like talking about this on TPWW because I don't know who I'm talking to, what age, what level of education, are they trolling, etc. I'm here for the rasslin.
I pretty much agree with your post. I personally don't understand how anyone could have an issue with someone kneeling for the anthem... even if you disagree with their cause. That's the whole point of a free country, to be able to protest.

And that dude may have revealed he was an asshole through politics... but it wasn't his politics that made him a racist twat... it was being a racist twat that made him a racist twat.

It's arguing over semantics, but I don't agree with your compartmentalized view of politics. That dude's racism is politics. Him being an asshole is political. You're just drawing a line and saying "politics ends here," but that's your line for whatever reason. For some, their everyday life is infested with people who hate them for being hated. It's cool you've never felt that -- good for you. But don't fucking dare tell my friends that have to put up with this shit that they are self-righteous for absolutely hating it and not tolerating people who cowardly stand up for the status quo and hide behind a smokescreen of self-assumed balance.

The owner ended up changing the story after the event saying that was a lie and Elgin being used wasn't related to Naito's situation at all. He always wanted Elgin to be on the show and ignored him being blacklisted from the company.
