Maybe it was based on conversations the two had not in front of a crowd and into a microphone. Not that far-fetched.

Sure. But that one wasn't IMPORTANT. Nobody seemed to care when Dana Brooke suddenly turned face and joined Titus Worldwide. Or when Titus Worldwide suddenly turned face.

There was no reason to waste TV time explaining a Mickie James heel turn when you hardly noticed she was there in the first place. I've seen heel turns as simple as someone showing up with a "new attitude". The important thing is that she's in a more prominent role now, so good for her. And for us, if she's going to keep dressing like that.

I would agree if you didn't have 3+ hours to fill, they often show multiple replays so it's not like they don't have time.

I'm most definitely not worried about Mickie's alignment. Like, at all. If Roman suddenly started Superman punching kids, they'd definitely have to say SOMETHING. At least they mentioned it being weird on commentary as opposed to acting like nothing happened.

She turned face before Titus Worldwide vs. Charlotte.

Titus O'Neil face turn and Titus Worldwide thing was very weird as well, but no one cares as much because no one really cares about Titus O'Neil.

I cared about Mickie James.... and she was firmly a face. Enjoyed her brief feud with Bliss and thought Mickie gained a lot of steam as a face from it and it made me want to see her as a future champ again. Now as a heel she is back to "spinning her wheels".
