He is a visionary of customer feedback. Most people would just complain about the service, and those responsible would be reprimanded or even fired.

Andre looks out for the little guy, even when they displease him. By defecating in the room, he teaches them an important lesson about customer service, without anyone having to lose their job and go without.

He was truly a great man.
