I suspect this booking might be to punish Nia for "ragdolling" her opponents.

Vince: "Hey, Nia -- you want to work stiff? You're working with Rousey!"

Nia: "Whatever you want, Vince! But make-sure the announcers say I 'walk,' not 'waddle,' to the ring."
