Jesus christ they're going all out to fight off the PSP. Currently, the PSP is going to be lagging 3 months behind the DS in release terms, is going to cost at least $100 more and has suckier battery life. I'm gonna pre-order this and wait to see what the PSP throws up, but so far this is looking unbeatable ![]() ![]() |

![]() To be honest, I thought the DS was announced long before the PSP, although I may just think that 'cause I pay a LOT more attention to Nintendo news than Sony ![]() ![]() Still though, the Nintendo-only games are enough to keep me satisfied. The third party stuff is just gravvyyyyyy |

I don't know, I'm still leaning toward the PSP. Something about a second screen just seems kind of pointless. Plus, they aren't giving credit where credit is due.

I was really hyped after seeing MGS on the PSP... but it's a card game like Yu-Gi-Oh or Phantasy Star online 3, which sucks huge ass. I've yet to see a game I like but I'm sure I'll pick one up one day when I do see a game I like. I'm with you on the 2nd screen, but it's all up to developers on how to use it. Wario Ware DS apparantly uses it magically, whereas "The Urbz" from EA is just the same as the GBA version, but you can scratch a vynal deck on the touch screen ![]() |

Yeah I remember them announcing the DS sooner, and both of them being unveiled at E3 and all. I don't really listen to many Sony rumors though, so yeah
![]() About the 2nd screen thing, the one game that looks kind of cool for it is Metroid Prime, as in how you can constantly have your map open and whatnot, pretty useful. |

The DS (
![]() The PSP hasn't been set yet. The screen can be useful for some games but, although useful, having the map open the whole time isn't enough reason to put on another screen. I don't know, just something about it seems kind of useless. |
