They offered HTM, and HTM said that he told WWE he would do it for an obscene amount of money, like 6 figures, and they told him ni, so he turned it down.

Yeah he has said a lot of things against the company, but he isn't being kept out for that. He turned WWE down once, I doubt they ask a 2nd time unless a guy is like Randy Savage or Bruno.
