"Hacksaw" Jim Duggan has come to your defense, Fan. He has also released a statement saying that he thinks WWE shouldn't pull out. It's too big an opportunity to miss, terrible stuff happens all over the world so why bother caring, and he also didn't know that it didn't happen in Saudi Arabia, because he said "a horrible incident that happened over there."

What is it with people defending this that have no clue what actually happened?

Seems WWE wussed out on talking about their Saudi deal with their investors today outside of a brief statement made in their fiscal report.

Didn't bother to mention if it will be one of the main topics for their next meeting unlike the last time few times.

For some reference, the last time investors asked about details of the multi-year deal, WWE shot them down saying they couldn't due to confidentially clauses. Being rumored the contract doesn't include an opt-out clause which would be ridiculous if that is actually true.

So they're killing every woman that attempts to drive? I know something happened with some activists who worked towards getting the ban lifted but that's different than killing women who attempt to drive. I doesn't make sense because its not true.

I may have been mistaken as I thought I heard about women driving getting pulled over but can't find anything on it yet. You are correct that they've detained human rights activists who, among other things, were fighting for the ban on woman drivers to be lifted. Those activists are facing being beheaded/executed, which is not progress.

I get where you're coming from as far as whether or not you're concerned with what happens outside your personal bubble. That's fine. But you shouldn't argue an oppressive regime is making any progress when they're killing people after luring them into a trap or scheduling executions for people who fighting for human rights just because women can drive.

Think that might have been more for being activists in general although don't think any were executed yet. Like shortly before the driving ban was going to be lifted, the Saudis did a crackdown on female activists and drivers.

WWE's propaganda videos for the Saudis at the Greatest Rumble did lead to one women shown driving in the video getting arrested sometime after the event.

Maybe that's what I saw and my brain remembers differently. Nonetheless, the whole idea of them making any semblance of progress is comical. They are not. If simple fan doesn't care, that's his right. Citing a propaganda video by the E isn't a good look tho.
