I can't work out the context of what that means, haha. Maybe they're just trying to make him a "crazy" heel, which, I dunno -- it doesn't appeal to me.

Right, did he snap cause of Roman? Does he blame Seth? He seemed confused with himself after the first dirty deeds. Then almost remorseful, then psychotic.

I just don't like the idea of using the illness to advance storylines, it just seems in bad taste to me.
