I'd keep it to a short/big list we all vote for just 1 game.

OR

Have categories for the "Big 4 (PS4, XB1, Switch, PC)" exclusives and 1 category for best all-round game.

No need to have 10 for each genre of game.

EDIT: Be advised, you might want to hold off until the end of the year. A few heavy hitters have yet to be released. Darksiders 3, Battlefield 5, Just Cause 4, for example.

Nah im thinking everyone elects 5 games. 5 most voted games go into a poll. Straight forward. Poll would start jan 1st
