Shit happens in wrestling, but after seeing that spot, it does seem like a really dumb and amateur thing to do. Like, there's no way you can control that spot (and hence it did actually go wrong). Then he got credit for it by "acting like a heel." I'm not sure if it counts if it's not actually a work.

What fucking buzz? They lost viewers, followers, their TV slot and eventually even their TV deal. Buzz means people get more more interested in you, not less. Getting people to go "this is shit" and turn off isn't creating buzz. It's literally the opposite.
