Can�t the WWE do what they want? Why would they need to stage this for that purpose?

I'm not saying the WWE paid the guy to do with I'm just saying it helps them deal with making the HoF less of a big deal. I could see it being done at Axxess for instance instead of doing the setup for s huge arena
