I don't know if the WWE should really consider the timing of the "controversy" unlucky, or if that's just the inevitability of doing business with an evil fucking regime.

Yeah its bad either way for WWE's image.

Felt comparing the whole thing with a Monkey's PAW scenario fit the best since WWE got its richest ever non-television deal but in return, they have gotten nothing but bad luck and a tarnished image because of how despicable the current Saudi government has been since then.

WWE had a chance to save face from this deal but refused because of greed and now any bad PR caused for them is all self-inflicted.
