According to Fightful, official reason why Ziggy is suddenly feuding with Kofi and facing him at the next Saudi show is due to Owens refusing to travel to Saudi Arabia.

May or may not be related to the Saudi government banning Sami Zayn from their shows due to his outspokenness regarding their involvement in Syria and Yemen wars and atrocities going on.

Good for KO.

So for the Greatest Royal Rumble last year, basically everybody went except for Zayn.

Then for Crown Jewel, Cena and Bryan refused to go.

And now KO is not going to this one.

Hope more guys put their foot down and back out.

I don't remember K.O. ever going. I might be wrong but I could swear he wasn't at GRR either.

Then again I don't remember much about GRR other than Braun won and Titus fell lol

WWE should just create a new division, WWE Legend world tour.

Zero house shows, just a few matches/specials on the network every so often. Then they could make the Saudi show be one of their shows, let all the old timers get that big paycheck they are all after, and avoid any of the current roster having to choose between morals and a paycheck.

The idea sounds very interesting although you'd be risking the current roster missing out on some potential big pay days.

Like if the next Saudi show is Legends-only, then your taking away a pay day from them that very likely will be higher than Mania. Supposedly WWE is getting paid way more than Mania's best gates for these shows ($40-$50 million range) and they were splashing around 6-7 figure deals to get talent to show up.
