FL4K, but not the popular build. I hid in the exact same spot you did and whittled him down with elemental pistols as well but that spot is kind of cheese and is indicative of why I said he's hard af. That spot shouldn't realistically be there. Regardless, if you venture out of cover against him it's insane. You can not ever stop moving and must keep eyes on him at all times no matter what and you have to be aware of the few spots you can use as cover from some of the moves you can't escape via running.

He's much easier with appropriate weapons though. A high fire rate smg/machine gun with corrosive and one with electrical damage. Keep running and burn through his armor with the corrosive gun, switch to electric and burn through the rest. If you have a big damage boost skill it can go FAST. Fade Away FL4K will melt him; unfortunately as I said I didn't use the popular build lol.
