That can't be right since just to get to the point of having everyone in the ring is about 30 minutes and the rest of the match afterwards was a lot longer than 8+ minutes.

The main reason why the 1st WarGames match went 36 minutes was due having fewer entrant intervals since it was tag based and starting with 3 guys instead of two.
