It was already good with the chemistry between Sam and Bucky. Zemo just adds to it and makes it that much better.

Yes. In "Civil War", the scene where Rogers kisses Sharon and it cuts to Sam and Bucky in the car is a great example of this. Just Sam alone nodding his head in approval would have been fine; but Sam AND Bucky nodding makes it hilarious. Daniel Bruhl getting to have some comedic moments is great stuff.

Bucky: Can you move your seat up?
Falcon: No.
Bucky: *glowers and slides over*

In this show:

Falcon: You're not going to move your seat up, are you?
Bucky: Nope
