I'd be very surprised if the big mother didn't have a secret true form that was a very ugly and/or scary looking monster.

Yeah, it is pretty easy to tell from the trailers that she is a Tyrant, because of the big claw.
I'm not that fascinated with her, the daughters though are hot AF.
