Edge Injured

Edge suffered an injury wrestling Chris Jericho in Salt Lake City last night. Edge took a bump outside of the ring about 2 minutes into the match, and started yelling that he was in pain.

According to sources, he took the bump on his back or hip, and immediately knew he was hurt. The match did not carry on, as Edge clearly had suffered a legitimate injury.

A number of EMT�s and referee�s came down to the ring to be of assistance. Edge refused to be taken out of the ring via a stretcher, however was helped backstage by the referee�s.

It�s no secret that he was in tremendous pain after the show and the last word we had, which was pre-examination, is he was very scared it was something serious. As soon as we receive an update on Edge�s condition, we�ll post it right here on ProWrestling.Com.
