I'm confused about the Rosmont factoid in the OP. I'm quite sure he was from Montreal and died near there. In his last years he was essentially a "street person" and likely had major mental health issues. I read a particularly detailed article on him once, can't remember if it was a local Obituary or perhaps Meltzer's.

Either way he was likely quite insane. It's a crazy thing that a guy can get consistent work in Japan while living in a small Canadian town. I wish I remembered more about him but I think his Japanese matches that totally fell apart are his most memorable wrestling stories.

I think he's go around his town pulling vehicles and large wheeled objects with his teeth.
