His signature mannerisms look very unnatural. And I think that comes from his general lack of charisma. I’ve heard good things about his work from lucha underground, and in ring I believe it. According to Tony Khan, the newest estimates for All Out 2021's ppv buys are over 200,000 based on current data numbers from linear ppv providers.

Yeah I remember WWE crowds at Nassau Coliseum always being awful for some reason

UBS Arena is literally on the border of NYC/Queens, a half hour drive closer to NYC than Nassau Coliseum, so probably will get more NYC fans

No idea what else they could bust out for Queens with Bryan and Cole already having debuted. Flair showing up would be cool but hardly feel like a game-changer. Bray can't show up yet. Braun, Murphy, etc aren't anything that would feel like a big deal compared to the other debuts.

I'd say Jay White can turn up for a Bullet Club invasion but it's basically just him and Chris Bey at this point, everyone else is in Japan for the G1.

Maybe Hangman makes his return? That will be a big pop obviously.

If another WWE contract expired I'd imagine Fightful will find out before the show gets here lol.

I trust it'll be a damn good show no matter what but truly no idea what other rabbit they can pull out of the hat.

I am super excited for Danielson/Omega at Grand Slam, super excited to be there live and witness it but even if I wasn't going to attend I'd be pumped to watch it. Having a non-title is fine, Danielson shouldn't get an immediate title shot as was discussed during the angle last night thus it's a match for bragging rights, who is the best?

The title can come into play later on if that's where AEW ends up going with Danielson/Omega. Though I'm having doubts that AEW will offer a rematch on the PPV after having the first encounter on TV, twice in a row after they did that with Christian and Omega. Full Gear will probably be Omega/Hangman, I presume.

Anyway.

One issue I'm having with Danielson so far is that I feel the crowd should be hotter for him than they are. Perhaps it's because of the knowledge we all had that he was coming in. Perhaps it's because Punk was so overwhelming for everyone just weeks before. But the biggest thing I'm noticing is that if Danielson came out and did his YES gesture that the fans would probably be in unison with him and chanting YES as loud as possible.

Without the YES he doesn't really have a chant for the crowd. In WWE it was DANIEL BRYAN clap clap clap clap clap or YES YES YES. So either the fans will get creative and come up with something new for him or AEW will direct them to something new somehow. But he needs that chant to get the reaction we all expect from him.

I do not foresee YOU'RE GONNA GET YOUR FUCKING HEAD KICKED IN chant to get back on the Danielson stage. Newark basically no sold The American Dragon mention last night.

I know Bryan said he didn't know if he was able to do the YES chant and gesture but I am quite certain he can. I just don't think he wants to, which is fine. I think that he could end up best used as a heel after this program with Omega. Most of his more interesting matches are actually with babyfaces so I think eventually he goes bad Bryan.

Also I know that some are expecting Punk to be heel eventually and sure eventually that could happen. But as of now he's easily the biggest babyface in pro wrestling and has an incredible connection to the fans so I wouldn't want to see that go to waste so he can be mean.

just revolution 2020, the first dance, and all out 2021. this will be my first dynamite so i'm pretty excited. it's pretty much impossible for me to make it to the now arena during the week, but with this being a holiday and in chicago proper it'll be easier.

we did try to get tickets to all in and the first all out but obviously those sold out in a heartbeat. now i get those presale codes so that helps.
