I just hope they let Theory build properly and don't give him the whole NEXT CENA/ROMAN push. You can tell they have high hopes for him and I definitely see him as a long term main eventer, would suck if they end up getting him go away heat by pushing him down everyones throats. So far they've done good on his build imo.

I struggle even watching the YouTube clips because of this. People always say “well this isn’t new, WWE did this all the time”

Yeah. Over taped shows like how SmackDown was for years. I understood that, it was taped. They never used to do it for an actual live broadcast with a live audience.

People who have gone to the shows have remarked that it’s incredibly distracting live hearing this shit coming out of the PA system all show.

Its been a few years since I went to a live show, but it used to be they would tone down the crowd noise for guys who were getting cheered more than they should on the broadcast. After they had to do the Thunderdome, they clearly decided they could get away with adding noise, but I always assumed they did it over the broadcast the same way they suppressed unwanted cheers in the past.

If they are playing it over the arena speakers, that would be really annoying for sure.

Yeah on TV it doesn't bother me, it is just background noise. I like the creative chants, those sometimes give me a chuckle, but overall I am mostly listening to the commentary.
