NGL to ya my AEW crew. You know I've been on board since day 1, riveted by many episodes of Dynamite. There were a few things I really enjoyed on tonight's show, the opener coincidentally (for my shitting on Wheeler before the match) and the angle with Danielson that followed. I felt that the commercial break really killed the momentum for the House of Black / Death Triangle match but it was still good. The main event, not bad at all I just felt a little bored with Punk during it. It's kind of the normal spot he's gotten into as a promotional leading or championship babyface. He's better as a heel and hopefully that comes soon.

How crazy is it that Page has been so underused for his reign so far? He's been tucked away. He should have more air time than anyone. Logic me this.

At the Queens show they thankfully only did like 3 Dark matches, cause Rampage was 2 hours... every1 still was wiped out when Rampage started though... were kinda wiped out after the first match tbh (Omega vs. Danielson)

It was like 40 minutes of Dark matches, two hours of live and awesome Dynamite followed by two hours of a little less awesome Rampage. I was actually pissed that they did that to us. They really should have taped a couple of matches from that Rampage episode before Dynamite, and then finished the night after Dynamite with the best matches left for Rampage.

Yeah I agree with you Noid. The show really should have been one of the highest rated ever. AEW has invested what feels like SO MUCH TIME into this MJF/Punk feud. I think MJF is not "on that level" yet and Punk is not lighting up the casuals like AEW hoped.

I don’t think the problem with MJF is his fault, entirely. The act is a bit a stale, but it’s also him hovering in place without really getting stuff done for 3 years.

Mox is great. Like what they did with the match. He destroyed Yuta not too long ago in like 30 seconds, so Yuta came out with more aggression and held his own for a bit longer.

Hope we get Mox vs Danielson rather than them teaming. Imagining them recruiting some young protégés, and they try to recruit Yuta leading to a feud against Orange Cassidy and Best Friends for the next 6-9 months. Hell.

Brandi stuff v weird. I don’t mind her too much, but there’s better options for a match against the MMA braud.

Looking forward to Hangman v Archer. Really like both guys and be good to see Hangman in a more hardcore match.

PAC, penta and Black are all great. Not seen enough of King yet to judge really. Feud has legs to go on a bit longer.

Andrade/Hardy is the worst. Why is Andrade spending 90% of his time cutting promos when he can’t speak English, and like 10% of the time in the ring when all his matches have been fun.

Punk v MJF dragged. About 20 mins too long and Punk looked slow and sluggish.

Should’ve saved the time for an Assboys match.

Still hope they have one more match at the next PPV though. One of their feuds where they need to keep it going past the one match and not try and squeeze in new feuds for both of them in time for the PPV. Then Wardlow can cost MJF the match either on purpose or accidentally and finally turn either at the match itself or the dynamite after.
