The success of destiny has negatively impacted the entire industry. Other contributors have been present as well but the live service success in destiny has inspired most major studios to attempt the model as well as led to games that arent live services to be released in similarly unfinished states with drip feed content that should have been released day 1 being trickled out over the 1st year after launch. When many of these projects fail, and most do, the financial blow to the parent company has led to many studios being sold and/or shut down completely.

Its one of the worst games ever made.
