I mean he’s not even necessarily saying that. He’s probably saying I love/jerk off to pics of chicks that used to have dicks.

Which for a lot of people there would be no distinction between that and a “biological woman”. It just sort of goes without saying (as long as the surgeon has done a good job, I guess). Maybe you do need to come out and say I’m into those real obvious trans women? I don’t know. Just seems like a weird thing to have to “come out”.
