I need to watch the Deadwood film, which came out a few years ago; I think it is supposed to provide a more fitting conclusion to the series.

It gives it the conclusion it sorely needed, and does a fine job of it.
It’s not an explosive ending, much like how The Wild West just sort of stopped at the right time.

Garrett Dillahunt actually comes back to play a third character purely for a cameo.
