I doubt ORton wil get the title soon. I can see him getting his remach at Wrestlemania as HHH avoids him up until Orton wins the Royal Rumble.

I'd like to know who is lined up for Hunter?

Benoit is dead, plus they've done too many Benoit-HHH matches.

HBK-HHH didn't do good business in June with the HIAC gimmick, I doubt anything has changed now.

Jericho looks to be tied to Edge over the IC title.

So, whose left?

Are we going to get Shelton Benjamin vs HHH for the title at Taboo Tuesday?

The start of the ppv was pure shite. Benoit/Reagl vs Evolution was ok, but the whole thing with Tomko and Richards was a complete waste of time. The crowd were completly dead up untill the ladder match, which was the turning point IMO.

After the ladder match things started to get slightly good. Kane vs HBK was ok and the tag team title match was good. Main event was average, untill Orton RKO'd everyone, then it became good, and when Triple H won, it just complete bollocks and whipped out all the good things that happened in the ppv.

Give it 4/10

Wtf is it with hhh and michaels in matches these days? Seems virtually every match theyre in they get "bust open". Those two must need friggin blood transfusions once a month.

JK, but I think the next opponent could be Senor Benjamin or maybe through a trade, Eddie Guerrero. Anything else would just not work... well maybe Cpt. Charisma could fued with H or even the Big Rock Star Y2J could work (but you know he would lose to H).

Regal... Possibly to avenge Eugene, but he'll be fodder.

In about 2 months Edge will be back, there's a possibility..

What about The Rock? Be Cool should be just about finished, and I don't know when Spy Hunter starts... If they put him in a feud with HHH, have him work 3 to 5 days a month, it could work... He could get the ratings up.

What about Sting? WWE was talking to him...

From the sounds of things, Orton came off fairly strong with all the RKO's and everything. His character couldn't afford to drop the strap so soon though... shame they blew their load on the possiblity of Orton to early, he didn't immediately put asses in the seats (due to the horrible build up for him), then tonight when they had the chance to make him legit they panic and get the belt back on Triple H.

Orton's character is pretty much fucked now, even though they made him look somewhat strong tonight.

I mean, the face turn was done far to early so that dropped his credibility, but he was the world champion which allowed him to save face a bit. Now he doesn't have that, and he doesn't have an overly developed character as a face. They're going to need to hot shot the belt back to him in the next week or two, cleanly and convincingly or he'll just drop off back to midcard hell.

Instead of looking at the negative things of Triple H becoming world champion again(which there are some, no doubt), I'll look at the positive things. Obviously, Vince is not happy with how Orton is doing as a face, so he's giving the belt back to Triple H until Orton can get more over(even though he seems plenty over to me). Orton and Triple H will probably feud until Royal Rumble, or maybe even WMXXI.

Randy's probably going to get a big pop on Raw tomorrow, and Triple H will get his inevitable heel heat. Orton seems plenty ready to me as it is, and if it were me, I would've had Orton(along with everyone else here) retain and drop it to ol' big nose at WMXXI. Of course, Randy might just regain the belt tomorrow. Doubtful, considering it is in the hands of Triple H now, but hey, at least we can hope. Oh, and thank god Jericho won that ladder match! 7-time IC champ!

On a side note, that's exactly how many times Jericho has been IC champ on my copy of Here Comes The Pain.

in a sense I think Orton's loss will help build him in the future. It'll get the crowd behinf him more. As much as I hate really short title reigns like that it could serve a purpose.
