Outside of spawn camping, how is it not?

And I say that knowing most games have evolved some sort of dynamic and/or variable spawn points to alleviate such behavior. Spawn camping is bullshit, but just finding a vantage point to see a high traffic area and take out anyone target who happens by? That's what snipers do. They don't run into the battlefield and pirouette before shooting without using their mounted optics to show off their gun or supposed skill.
