Laugh at dumb Vince McMahon
So, much like when he sold WWE stock to fund the XFL, Vince again is selling a big chuck of stock for a pretty big loss.

With the merger, Vince essentially had a 1 for 1 exchange of stock. Vince had 28.7 million shares of WWE, and reports show Vince has more than 28 million shares of TKO.

Vince is selling 8 million shares of TKO stock for roughly $680 Million. Had he not merged, and just cashed his shares of WWE outright, or even the same 8 million shares, he would have banked $800 Million.

This dude lost his power and control, in addition to $120 Million.

Whatever Steph and Triple H did to cross Vince, he can't have thought this has ended up better than just leaving the company to Shane

He could have sold 8 million shares of his own company and retained voting control and made more money. Instead he sold 8 million shares of somebody else's company for less money. That is dumb.

That's why OC says he's so lazy because Vince gave his mum lots of hush money over the years and he never had to work a day in his life until Tony Kocaine stepped in and encouraged him to be the best OC he can be.
