**Rate the Music: Week 11**
I love being able to do this on time. Is it really so hard to have both forums up and running? I mean, I guess it is. Well, I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. Let's just be thankful that we can still do this and jam out to some quality tunes. Or rip into some bad ones as demonstrated by last week's Heaven from The Impossible Game. Check out our new updated standings to see where that bundle of techno joy ends up....
One-Winged Angel (Final Fantasy 7) - 8.71 Aquatic Ambience (Donkey Kong Country) - 8.66 At Doom's Gate (Doom) - 8.375 Guile Stage Theme (Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo) - 8.25 Bloody Tears (Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest) - 7.85 Green Hill Zone (Sonic the Hedgehog) - 7.72 Halo (Halo: Combat Evolved) - 7.125 Spark Mandrill Stage (Mega Man X) - 7 The Instinct (Killer Instinct) - 5.42 Heaven (The Impossible Game) - 4.16 An average score of 4.16 makes Heaven the new lowest scoring composition, allowing The Instinct to wipe its brow in relief. That being said, let us take the time to appreciate the list as it stands right now. This is more than likely the last time some of these, or even all of these, songs are going to enjoy being the top ten. It's just a matter of whether there are better tracks out there for us to tackle. Speaking of which, what is on tap this week? Now, I'm sure there are some of you wondering if we'll get back around to covering some epic RPG tunes. Maybe something out of Chrono Trigger or even another Final Fantasy? Oh, man, that would be something. Those games do produce some great ear worms and they'd be great additions to the list. I'm sure that would be awesome to do. Anyway, here's Big Apple, 3AM from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time.... It's back to the arcades this week as we jam out to some beat-'em-up action. How does this track work for you? Let's hash it out below and we'll see you next week! ![]() No matter what may happen to me, just remember Lzzy Hale gave me the bedroom eyes... ![]() ...again. |

I mean, no real reason. I was pondering this one, Alley Cat Blues, and Neon Night Riders, but just went with the "first level" thinking. It tends to be the music you hear the most. This isn't to say we'll never cover those other tracks.
