CPU fan/noise reduction

Or the other solution is to get a simple fan bus to lower the voltage on the fans and shut them up.
My case is loud as hell when all fans are cranked up, running them all at a lower voltage makes a huge differance.
coolermaster makes some really good looking and functional fan controllers.
I personally like the Areogate 2, monitors temps and controls 4 fans with a nice blue lcd screen.
