I thought about that fact also, but really, what good would the winner get on Raw. Sure there would be a short term gain, but they'd only be buried under the current main eventers.
True, but just in terms of a PPV, I think RAW could have a better tourny than SD. Well, SD could have an equally good show, but they'd never use the CWs on par with the heavys.
