HOLY CRAP how do I turn off these fucking Windows Security Center things
this fucking thing keeps slowing down my computer and doing exactly what Norton does, except worse. I had it off but I am pretty sure it got turned back on. it takes like two minutes to load a website and it cant even load all of it. every is fucked up. What do i do

Start > settings > control pannel > security center >
From there you can turn off the firewall etc.

i would recomend leaving it on though.
