dsl help

i have sprint dsl fast connect all the lights come on that should but it wont load up any sites or my msn messenger itll act like its loading up but it wont do anything does anybody know what i can do? i tried getting ahold of sprint and all they tell me to do is rebot the computer and dsl modem but its not working or its prob cuz sprint is just a p.o.s

Try unplugging the modem if you have a router, you can probably do that too if you dont have a router but I dunno
