I think it would be a mistake to let Hassan and Davairi win. Most fans want to see Hogan win his "last match". And Hassan and davairi wouldn't lose anything at all as long as they didn't get squashed.

Then don't have it be Hogan's last match. Have Hassan get the win (CLEANLY) over HBK, but have Hogan have some sort of backstage confrontation during the night (against Flair? ) which leads to a one-on-one match at the next PPV, which he can win cleanly and retire (AGAIN!) on a high note.
